Screening service plan
Service minimums apply unless a qualifying bundle is agreed. The amount and period of the minimum, eligible services, additional fees, and how any shortfall is billed must be shown in your proposal. We have not published an amount while those terms are being finalized.
Technology bundle
Included technology can have no additional software charge under a qualifying service plan or bundle. Ask for the included products, seats, licensing, setup, support, renewal conditions, and any separately charged services. This does not make lab tests or background checks free.
Annual training
The annual training offer is being finalized. Your proposal will state whether it is included, the covered users and curriculum, and any additional sessions or renewal charges.
PEO and insurance services
Explore coordinated services through RJ Employer Consulting. Insurance is optional. Any insurance-funded technology inclusion must satisfy applicable state law, coverage, and documented program criteria. Licensing by itself does not establish that a particular technology inclusion is permitted. Otherwise technology is separately priced.

Completed services are reconciled for month-end invoicing under the agreed payment terms. Your proposal should define approval, spending limits, invoice details, due dates, dispute handling, and any conditions for continued credit.
